Lack of detail

This is a property for 12 . There was only 7 forks , 2 towels and 11mugs. There was only 1freestanding mirror for 6 bedrooms. When trying to reply the VRBO just kept saying “oops” We went for my sons wedding, Also not able to seat 12 arround a table.
