I thought the property had a great location. It had a nice outside patio with a fire overlooking a pool that was pretty. I loved the shuttle to and from the JAS Experience. The rooms were a little dark and dated as well as the hallways. Our room was warm and we could not adjust thermostat. Directions were to open a window. We were on the ground floor and didn’t want that open. Also the bar staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. I believe her name was Kate. The bar also had a limited inventory of liquor. We always stopped at the bar and listened to music one night. We came back from festival and sat down and were treated so rudely. We ordered a couple of drinks that could not be made. Kate told us “What we see is what we get” She also said, “you saw me on the ladder looking at our inventory”. We were taken aback by her rudeness. Then we just picked something we saw and ordered it. She said “I don’t have that”. We said, “It’s on the shelf where you told us to look. Had we had another place to go we would have. Big festival weekend and that’s how you treat people.

This was a decent stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.The prices are reasonable for what you get. The resort fee (6% ?) was not charged on expedia which was strange when we arrived and were asked to pay resort fee even when we didn't plan to use any of those amenities (pool).

Stay was short, but room was not clean or updated. There was hair in the drain of the tub. The toilet was wobbly and uncomfortable to sit on. The room did not look updated at all.

No AC. TV and phone not working. Asked twice for an extension cord so I could get the floor fan in front of the window. No follow up. Room was 75° and the coolest it got was 72°. Area is great. Public areas are clean and well decorated.
