The rooms are not that good as on the picture. The mini bar was completely empty, also there is no kettle or even cups... or anything to make a tea or coffee. My room viewing was on rear side , where also have a building work and was very noise. On my booking shows like breakfast is included , but on the reception, staff say 'it's not". ... I'll not visit again that hotel !

Only the door of my room has to be changed because I was afraid to be locked in or out of my room and the door knob is going to fell of. Every other detail of the room or the hotel was just fine I stayed just one night, so.

Very happy with my stay at Hotel Festa! The rooms were ok, but my room didn't get clean one time even though the tag was left on the door knob. Very pleased with one of the reception guys Velizar - he is very nice, friendly and provides an exceptional customer service! Special thanks to him!

Festa is my usual choice for hotel in Sofia. I love the view over Vitosha mountain and the hotel's location. Each morning they serve a buffet breakfast which has a lot of options. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

In general I would recommend the hotel due to the good balance between price/quality. Though, there are some small things which could be improved like: the mattress of the bed needs to be replaces, as half of it wasn't very comfortable due to heavy usage; the bathtube needs some maintenance, as when you have a shower lots of water flows down on the floor; there were towels for 1 person only, although the booking was for 2 people.

Most staff were only good for Bates Hotel. I spent five LONG days cooped up with the rude, unhelpful lot, there was only one decent guy and girl on reception, the others wouldn't get a job sweeping floors in an English one.

Cannot believe how rude the reception was.. they lost my booking and Expedia confirmed they sent it. The hotel must practice how to be rude and they should get a gold medal for it
