My stay was great yet the woman at the desk told me that I could pay for my room by purchasing a gift card, I did so and wasn’t able to use it so for some reason unbeknownst to me, this STILL has me frustrated with 200$ just sitting out there.

Everything was great. Two suggestions 1. Put more light by toilet in bathroom 2. The "flow" of breakfast was not good. When it's crowded it's hard to navigate. Overall it's a great place to stay! Thank you!

Great second stay

Everything was lovely as it usually is, however, the shower floor was not cleaned. Not a huge deal but can make your skin start to crawl. If you think about it too much In regard to the rest of the room.

Unsatisfied Experience

We booked a suite with 2 Queen Beds but there was not one available when we checked in so we had to stay our first night in a suite with 1 King Bed - which was too small for our family of 4. We were told that the front desk would call us the next morning as soon as they had our Suite with 2 Queen Beds available. We asked several times the next day but they never had one available and never called us. There was no apology or accommodations made at all. The hotel was very booked. Breakfast in the lobby was disorganized and the quarters where the buffet was located were very tight. We waited twenty minutes on a long line that snaked around tables just two reach the entry of the buffet area. There has to be a better system. People were up running the halls until the early hours of the morning. People were in front of the entrance smoking pot and discarding their blunts on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. The cops stopped by at least twice during our stay. We expected better - better hospitality, better service, a better experience.

The property was wonderful. The staff was nice, room clean and bed was comfortable, however there was a terrible smell on the 8th floor. Breakfast was amazing!
