I’ve been here at this particular Hotel. This is the first time on a Saturday that we were playing trivia and security came and said we have to be quiet. We weren’t even loud, but I guess because the cops escorted someone out from next door, they were looking for any excuses. Felt very uncomfortable. I was going to do my family reunion here in July, but considering somewhere else.

Pros: beautiful, clean common areas, extremely friendly staff, parking, smooth check in, I like that the rooms have a door separating the living room and the bedroom. Cons: There was an employee being a bit rude about the pool area and ended up sitting infront of the glass watching everyone making it really awkward, especially when he got upset about a kid sitting off to the side of the jacuzzi (not inside or touching the water) to be close to their parent, when it was time to checkout none of the carts were available even though I was up and out early but it was no one’s fault and the biggest one, every single time I fell asleep, I would wake up wheezing. I’m allergic to a few things but I’ve never been in a hotel room that has caused this. It was terrible and I barely got any sleep during my stay because of this. We have also been coughing excessively since our stay, making me question the room cleaning practices.

This property is somewhat isolated in an industrial park type area. There were no restaurants/bars other than what was at the hotel. Other than that, I really liked the place.

This staff seems to be well-trained. Everyone we encountered on our stay was cheerful and helpful. It was a professional atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was better than you can get elsewhere, especially the omelet station. The room fridge for really loud, though. So, that would be our only complaint.
