Room was clean and well organized. Pool area and gym clean and convenient. Quite nice. No towels in pool area; had to request. Checkout was less than adequate regarding parking lot exit instructions. This particular staff member at reception desk was not very communicative. Room card did not work or was not properly validated even though we paid for parking in our bill. It looks like the room card was invalidated before we got to parking lot. Another guest had to use their card to let us out , since no one answered the help button at parking exit or the reception desk.

Its a great place and they have literally a grand entrance like a actual palace. Only thing i can say is your rooms should match up to the expectations of a beautiful hotel. Meaning not having old tvs and have a flat tv on the wall instead . Its the small things to keep the excitement going

staff was excellent, room was, to be kind, tired. Conrad Hilton would be rolling in his grave to find a banged up mini fridge sitting by itself in the corner of the room. No amenities that are typically found, shower cap, sewing kit, robe... picked this one 4th near by Holiday Inn Express because of theHiltn name and prior Hiltin experience - not at all sure that the decision was a good one

Overall, this place is fine and vast majority stay here I presume as part of conferences, events or business in the area. There is nothing else within walking distance so hotel bar and restaurant only option unless drive/taxi into New Brunswick. Rooms appear worn and dated though clean and efficient.

Arrived around 10p. Front hotel staff were helpful. Got to my room, had like 2 or 3 channels out of the over a hundred options. Called front desk, phone just kept ringing. Got a text asking if there was anything I needed. I explained that I had called the front desk and no one had picked up and that the TV channels were not available, got no response via text until well after I had fallen asleep a while later Woke up, went to get breakfast that was supposed to be included (paid extra at booking.) I was charged again. Overall unpleasant experience, maybe try another location if you’re in New Brunswick.
