Not sure who is getting the one star (zero stars really). I booked through Expedia. When I arrived at the property I was told they were sold out and had notified Expedia. I did get notified (by email) however I was driving and notifications were silenced. I contacted Expedia about how unhappy I was. I CONTINUE to get notifications about my “stay” at this hotel, funny since they were sold out so I didn’t stay there. Communication between Expedia and the properties they are “selling” needs a lot of work!
