The hotel was clean. We wanted on the first floor so we switched to a queen. The rooms are small. Not a fan of the 100$ incidental fee which isn't reimbursed until after you check out and they make sure you have not damaged anything. Have to wait a few days for that credit to appear. The clerk at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. She helped with our tv and provided helpful dinner options. It is right off the highway so very

The front desk folks were OK, but the first day, my room
did not get serviced at all. There was some coffee in the lobby but NEVER very early or late.
I checked in to my room around 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and only stayed long enough to drop my bag before leaving to make it to my granddaughters softball game. I didn't make it back to the room until 10pm. The room was tidy and appeared clean. After getting ready for bed and laying down I started itching so bad across my whole body I couldn't sleep. I got up and pulled the comforter down and noticed stains on the sheets which had very obviously not been changed. I took a shower, grabbed my bag and left at 12:40am. I dropped my key card in a drop box at the front desk since no one seemed to be working. I spent less than 3 hours in the room before giving up on sleep and driving home. I called the hotel the following Monday about the stains on the sheets and my experience during my "stay". I also sent them the pictures of the stains but they pretty much called me a liar. They told me they couldn't verify it was their bed and if I wanted a refund I would have to get it from hotels.com since I booked the room there. That seems very odd to me since I didn't pay hotels.com, I paid Red Roof Inn when I check in. How can hotels.com refund something the didn't charge?? I doubt I could ever stay here again which is very unfortunate since it's the most convenient place to stay when I go watch my granddaughters play softball.

Property refused to honor the room that i purchased through expedia! Will never book there again and I recommend you stay away.
Check in/out super easy, beds were comfy. Only concerns were: bathroom seemed very clean, but a wet used wash cloth was left in the shower AND you had to work to get the door to latch shut to our room.
Waited 15 minutes in the lobby for front desk personel to make an appearance in response to my repeated bell ringing at the front desk. House phone didn't work, clock radio didn't work. Room was somewhat rundown in spite of apparent renevation. Only plus was a great area for dog walking. Overall, very disappointing.
The staff was nice. The place was clean, comfortable bed however the TV remote & coffee maker in the room didn’t work. I would hope that all equipment would be tested from time to time to be sure they work when guests arrive.
The 1st room hadn't been cleaned. The second room was clean but no bar soap. The lady at the reception desk had to help get our TV to work. We had to slam the door to have it shut, otherwise it stayed open. The phone in the room did not work. This hotel reuses the door key sleeves. Our sleeve had a lot of witeout over previous room numbers.
The big plus for this hotel was the receptionist who signed us in and helped us with the TV. She had put us down for a wake-up call and we were going to cancel it only to find out the phone didn't have a dial tone anyway.

They have no elevator, seems like the property owners are just trying to do everything as cheap as possible, TV did not work in first room and blow dryers were not working in both rooms.
