Overall our stay was ok. Access to the beach was closed due to the railing breaking therefore unsafe. Also there is no espresso coffee available unless you are in the select group. We had to go in the city to get our espresso in the morning. Our ocean view room was ok, not exactly full ocean view as there are many trees obstructing the view. Staff was pleasant.

Our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready until 6 PM, which was extremely frustrating after a long day of travel. The food and drinks were mediocre at best, and to make matters worse, my entire family ended up with food poisoning. The property itself is in dire need of reconstruction—it feels outdated and poorly maintained. The only saving grace was the staff, who were kind and genuinely tried to help despite the circumstances. However, that wasn’t enough to salvage the overall experience. Would not recommend until significant improvements are made.

Where do I begin… we arrived to find that our rooms had been downgraded. If we had not shown them proof on our phone we would have been given lower rated rooms. The toilets stopped up with minimal use of toilet paper, which led to a change of rooms. Next room had no heat. The last night was horrendous, monsoon rains cause the shower to flood with sewage (have pix). Barely made it out due to flooding and house exploding in area.

Although the views are beautiful, and the proper property has a lot of potential, the Customer Service was terrible and the place can use some renovations. The AC in my room was not working, the sink was clogged, and the phone was not hooked up to its jack. I could not call the front desk to come and make those repairs. Their response was unacceptable and I had to check out the very next day. I’m still waiting for my refund from expedia.
