Upper West Side luxury accommodation

Staff greet us warmly when we check in, as we go in and out. Love having a kitchenette, plenty of storage, good space. Close to subway.

A perfect New York hideaway. Amazing pastries and coffee and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Walking distance for great restaurants and more. Highly recommend to any kind of traveller for business or pleasure!

The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. We had a handicap room so it was a nice size and I have to say the water pressure in the hotel is fantastic. The bed was pretty comfortable more on the hard side, but they did not have a good range of pillows so I went to target and bought a three dollar soft pillow which I used for the three nights I was there. other than that it was a fabulous stay
