Clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. However, please advise your staff to communicate what's going on at your hotel. For example, if there's a special event or you offer buffet lunch daily, the guest should not have to ask. That information should be given on arrival or booking. Lastly, guests need a microwave either in their rooms or the lobby area especially when the kitchen closes early (9pm). If I am hungry and have left offers in the refrigerator, I should be able to heat up my leftovers at midnight if I choose to and enjoy. Thank you for a great stay and I will be back again.
