It’s the little things…gorgeous high quality, fresh clean bedding and great pillows! Cold fresh lemon water in reception. Enjoyed the pool although smaller than images portray. Room was spacious with vanity area and bathroom. Convenient location for exploring.

Central location for Union Square and transport links across the city. May be a bit dated for some people but when you're out all day sightseeing, it's a comfy choice to return to!

Went on a weekend trip for a concert. (+) The location of the hotel is amazing. Few minutes walk to Union square, restaurants, shopping, transportation,Walgreens and August Hall. It was so nice, easy to catch train to giants game, bars and food. Staff very nice and friendly knowledgeable . Great parking garage. Pool very nice and fun!! Comfy beds , nice size rooms, quiet. Will use this hotel again .

Hotel situated 500 feet from the high end retail stores (Chanel, etc) and Union Square (great location) but also 500 feet from the area that is populated by very numerous homeless people. Also an hotel that would need a bit of a refresher. Overall clean, friendly staff and well situated.

Although the hotel is clearly and not surprisingly a bit old, it is kept in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I was given a 20% discount voucher for the Cafe Mason around the corner, which was a great place for breakfast. For the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one youngish asia man, who had a real attitude problem. I'd recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel is in an excellent location with a lot of restaurants and shopping very close by. The hotel is a little worn, but the room was big and comfortable. Overall, a good value for Union Square.

It was a good hotel to stay at for someone who doesn’t live in California. Staff was friendly and helpful and I like that they parked my car for me. 10/10!
