I have to say it was lovely to be able to look out the window and look down the beach and especially during the Washington State International kite Festival you get to see all the kites in the air it's lovely

My room had an ocean view, no fans or air conditioner, no phone no microwave, they didn't even check ID when we showed up. The room was pet friendly which was nice, but the room was damp and we had sleep with the window open all night, their indoor pool was in a 3 sided cabana with leaves and sticks and sand in the pool. The lights in the room, hung from ropes , part of the decor I'm sure, were harsh and uncomfortable. The room had a great view was dog friendly but that's all I could say nice about this motel. Definitely not above a 2star Ive stayed at Rodeways that were nicer.

This is a nice property with amazing views and nice amenities. It’s decorated in a quad-industrial style — simple and clean. Very clean and comfortable! Recommend!

Lovely amenities, location, service.

Lovely amenities, location, service. Discounts at Kite Museum for staying at Adrift. Free use of bikes --we biked all 8.3 miles of the Discovery Trail (bikes were in so-so shape, though). Pool and sauna are superb after a busy day 👍

We loved the inclusivity and the spa. The pool and saunas were nice and the bike rentals (free) were so much fun. The pizzas were delicious and there were plenty of meat free options.
We loved riding bikes along the discovery trail.

Not what we expected.

The staff here is wonderful. Hotel is close to the beach. Restaurant has great food and a nice view of the ocean. Room - meh. For the price of the rooms we expected a bit of luxury but, instead, the rooms are extremely spartan and decor is "Industrial chic". Tiny table (actually a shelf that was too small to hold a laptop) with 2 cheap plastic chairs. Wooden crates for night stand (barely room for a book). Bare lightbulbs for lighting. In a room with 2 beds, which could conceivably house 2 couples, the sink hardly had counter space for one person's toiletries (toothbrush/paste, comb/brush). The beds were very firm memory foam. Probably OK for younger folks but were hard on old joints, difficult to adjust position on, and got very hot during the night.
