Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast. The pool area is small but nice. Unfortunately the elevator broke while we were there and our room was close to the stairs so every time someone came through the door slammed and it was terribly loud. And then when we left we had to carry all our stuff down 4 flights.

Elevator broke after I checked in. I was assigned to the fourth floor and had to use stairs for THREE days/nights because the elevator never got repaired. I probably won’t stay there again.

I was a guest there for four days and was assigned a room on the fourth floor. After day one, the elevator was out of service and remained out of service for the duration of my stay. Being on the fourth floor for three nights with no elevator service was very inconvenient. I probably won’t stay there again.

The Free Breakfast was way better than most places we've stayed that offered something similar. Hot food was hot. Great pastry options. Coffee was good. We would return to this spot if we needed to stay in the area again.

Smelly three star hotel-other reviews are a lie
This is a three star hotel. I don’t know where all these 5/5 reviews came from. For example, we changed our room due to a heavy musty smell and the next room was marginally btr but still smelled. They have a device that pumps out fragrance in the lobby, but the rooms were nasty. I went out and bought room spray as we figured asking for a third room would not help. Front staff at check-in was never rude, but simply NOT hospitable. He acted confused when I explained that the room smelled. Breakfast was awful. Fake eggs.
