When we checked in Friday, we were informed that there would be no housekeeping service during our stay, but that fresh towels would be available at the front desk. At $329 a night in Hadley, MA, this is a meaningful discrepancy from normal expectations.

This is a pretty nice hotel, but there are equally good hotels right across the street that have free breakfast, something this hotel doesn't have and which is always helpful for a business traveler. Therefore, I would head across Routh 9.
