With it’s newly renovated landscaping, it is less than two blocks away from South Haven's many shops and restaurants, and allows one to still enjoy the peacefulness of a quaint residential neighborhood. The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the front door step and Tot Lot Park is only a block away for the kids to play!

There are plenty of options to make your stay a memoriable one: go for bike rides, gather for a day on the beach, boat or swim in the lake, take a leisurely walk, watch the sunset, have some ice cream, have one-on-one time with your spouse, play with your children, or sit peacefully out back. This among other activities is just the surface of the crystal waters this Lake Michigan town has to offer!

Footprints in the Sand is a vintage Victorian Style Home with a sizable yard and quiet back deck with an entertainment area for your personal enjoyment. The spacious and functional floor plan has a plentiful appeal to meet the needs of a family looking to have amazing memories for many years to come. With four large bedrooms and two full baths the architectural design of the home is the absolute definition of a blissful escape from the troubles of every day life. Additionally, the wrap around front porch is a lovely area to soak in the surroundings of South Haven’s wonderful tree lined neighborhoods, or even watch your children play at Tot Lot Park right down the street!

Partake in the stay you and your family deserve. Footprints in the Sand has four (4) spacious bedrooms with two (2) full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep ten. The first floor bedroom has plenty of space, and Queen sized bed, with the downstairs bathroom only steps away. The three upstairs rooms include two Queen sized beds and two sets of bunk beds within one bedroom. The home also offers a huge dining room and living room with gorgeous finished wood floors. It's windows overlook the peaceful streets and allow lots of natural lighting. The interior of the home has a central beach themed focus and this is evident through the custom woodwork, hardwood floors, antique furniture pieces and several notable details throughout. Some other amenities include: central air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer, and a spacious yard for plenty of room for children to play. Footprints in the Sand also has off-street and on-street parking, so there is no need to worry with regards to a parking spot at this location.

Our home is available to mature, responsible and respectful families only. We do not rent to guests looking to have a place to party. If you are a group looking to rent a party house, please do not send us an inquiry. Again, we rent our home to families only. We hope you understand and will respect this policy.
