Location, Location, Location! Situated steps from restaurants, the pier walk, the municipal marina, South beach and the new Splash pad!. This downtown beauty underwent a major renovation in 2018. Get your groceries on the way into town, park your car and forget about it because you can walk anywhere! Check out this homes open layout, interior design, amount of space with great history all rolled into one unique updated home. All new kitchen, drywall, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplace, pantry, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical! This amazing location is 1 block to downtown, a 5 minute walk to the beach and splash pad and south side marina. Our kitchen is large, well stocked with granite countertops, a coffee bar and a large island that seats 6 plus an extra large dining room/table seats 12 easily. Check out our incredible nautical bunk room stocked with toys for kids. An extra large primary suite with king sized bed with attached master bath offers a great retreat. A unique bedroom on the main floor offers guests an opportunity to enjoy this great house without having to navigate the stairway daily and easy access to the main floor bath. Equipped with four flat screens and great internet will allow families to enjoy their own space. Original wood floors restored to show their beauty. Open the doors and you find the entire main floor is large with space and open areas. Shower off in the outdoor shower in the back yard and hang out on the deck accessed from the rear of the home.

The house has a small private backyard with deck, picnic table and outdoor chairs/stools. There is a gas fire pit and gas grill. Enough room to have a corn hole game while waiting for dinner. Don’t forget about our game room downstairs, with ping ping and foosball tables.

There are 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach utility cart, beach sand toys for your use when you go the beach.

Great space and even better location!

This was our third stay in South Haven with 3 families and 10 people involved. BEST PLACE YET! The house was a perfect fit for all of our needs! The location was amazing as we could shop, hit the pier and go to a movie all within minutes walking distance. Every person had their own space to get away and yet there was a huge area for everyone to gather together. Can not say enough wonderful things about the space and the communication with the owner was flawless. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with a Great location

Great Location

My family and I had a great stay here. The house itself was great for my family of 8, with plenty of beds, a large kitchen and table, and three bathrooms each with a shower. Also, you can’t beat the location - just a short walk to the beach, town, and marina. Joan offered up lots of helpful information and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting South Haven.

SOHA 2024 End of Summer Vacation

Our family had so much fun staying at this house rental for the week, kids can’t wait to come back next year. It was clean, fully furnished with amenities, kureg cups, games, beach chairs, beach umbrella and pull cart. Everything was walking distance, 5 mins into town, 10mins to south beach. 15mins to Captain Lou’s. The home came with everything we needed on site, we felt right at home. We will be back!

Great Beach Vacation

Great house for family vacation. Kids loved the room with bunkbeds. Everything you need to prepare meals is here. House is clean and as a bonus beach towels, toys, and chairs were provided. Walkable to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best homes we have ever rented. Location is within walking distance of everything (shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach). Neiborhood is beautiful. Great location and house design

Continue to love this house with our return visit for being close to South Beach and downtown. House is designed with great cozy spots for groups and solos that want time to themselves. There are larger homes for this price or less, but they often lack this unique combination of things.

Great family Thanksgiving!

The house was cozy and cute for our family Thanksgiving weekend. The location was fantastic; close to town and even a brisk walk on the beach. One of the bedrooms was very small and had limited closet space but the three bathrooms were appreciated. We all had a wonderful time and our granddaughter thanks you for all the toys she could play with!

Great stay!

This was a 2 day get-away for 5 women who have known each other for over 30 years. The house and location were both perfect. The house was clean and accomodating. The community areas were open and great for gathering while we each had our own room. We could easily walk to town and the beach. South Haven was perfect for a fall visit. Lovely Home - Great Location

Our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) has plenty of space in this immaculate home. It was clean and well stocked. The game area in the basement was a great space for the kids to hang out. We loved that we could walk to the shops in downtown South Haven and the beach!
