INCREDIBLE BEACH AND BAY VIEWS CORNER UNIT

Are you looking for both fun and comfort? This recently remodeled 5th floor, beachfront condo offers both sunset and sunrise views from the 2 large private balconies. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the beach is just seconds away. Restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance, so no need for a rental car.

Comfort is key! With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large flat screen TV, you will find plenty of room to relax. You can see the Gulf from the comfort of the couch or enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in a beautiful sunrise from the Living Room balcony. The Master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and a bayside balcony for your sunset viewing pleasure. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom which shares the balcony with the Master bedroom. There are Great Views and WiFi throughout, and TV’s in both bedrooms.

The Aquarius is a gated beachfront complex just steps from the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The property has a 24 hour front desk with someone from the friendly Aquarius staff always ready and willing to assist you. Life is easy! The Property offers a heated pool, hot tub,
a beautifully manicured garden courtyard, along with direct beach access, and three picnic areas equipped with bbq grills. Inside the building, there is an on site laundry, a new sauna, and a newly renovated fitness room to burn off those extra calories.

South Padre Island is the definition of Paradise. With international and local cuisine on almost every corner you will find it hard to go hungry. Everything you could possibly need is located right on the island, most of which is within walking distance. Golf carts and other recreational vehicles are available to rent at many locations on the island to help you get around and there is also free public transportation. Wonderful property and owners

We arrived and found the property just as described. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Found the air conditioner a bit noisy and a broken lock on a patio door. Phoned the owner and within an hour the door was opened and the air conditioning repair was scheduled. We will certainly consider this property again if we return to South Padre

Love it here

This was our 4th stay in this building and we’ll be returning. Friendly people, walking distance to much of the island. The only issues weren’t things that could be controlled by us or the owner, and when we did have a problem with the heat Greg responded promptly. Probably not quite 5 stars, but more than 4.

Wonderful corner unit on the beach

This unit has a balcony facing the gulf and a 2nd balcony with a view to the bay. Wonderful place to stay, very clean, and in the middle of everything to do.

Great locaton and stay!

This was a great location centrally located for the Island. We are everything we needed and it was a beautiful view. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing condo with the view of the ocean

I can’t say anything but great and amazing things about the condo we stayed in. It was very close to restaurants. The food so good, the people at the condo very helpful and literally was a minute away from the beach. The weather wasn’t that great. It was overcast most days however we still had an amazing time. Would highly recommend

Property was nice! The balcony view and location were fantastic! Walking distance to the majority of places we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the stay outside of the minor issues below. I would definitely come back as I really liked the building. Maybe pick a different unit available though. Issues we had: -HVAC was extremely noisy. Sounded like an airplane taking off when it kicked on. -Toilet handle was broken -Toilet seat didn't stay up. -Light switch in master was broken -Fan in master seemed like it would fall at any moment

Hard to beat that view

I thought the beach would be more relaxing but I am tired from all the fun! From beach, pool, walking the strip, delicious foodz all bookended with coffee in the morning and a drink at night listening to the sound of the waves it was a perfect trip. Fun was had by everyone and I can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Stay

We loved the location on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The queen bed was a comfortable memory foam mattress and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Nice condo with great view

Nice location, very clean condo with beautiful views. I do wish that they provided paper products, with flying in we dont have the option of packing paper products. The TV remote for the living room didn't work and we tried replacing the batteries but it still didnt work, but it wasn't the end of the world. The poil is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Loved the Condo, its location, staff & other guests/owners. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked and everything worked! Front office staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to places we wanted to go to and finally tried the Metro shuttle and were surprised by the ease of access. Loved the pool/hot tub area and access to the beach ❤️

Great location/ great owners

We loved this unit, easy access to beach, pool and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. I had a 5, 8 and 15 year old along with my wife and condo was perfect for us. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and we will definitely stay here again.

The view!!!

Two balconies were wonderful! We used them both at different times of the day!! Perfect stay, beautiful beach, clean pool, sweet condo! We had no issues at all! We saw two firework shows from the balconies and the grand babies loved that! We are most certainly going to make this an annual trip!
