Ole musty rusty dirty condo
Unimpressive unit. Filthy stained furniture-outdated rusty appliances (dishwasher broken spokes severely rusted)-worst mattress-open nails on bar near base could cause severe damage-rusty vents-bathrooms outdated and shower head terrible-unable to use dressers drawers wouldn’t open adequately-carpet filthy/fraying never went barefoot-black mold noted and I could go on! Photography on ad was filtered and staged! Left early-actually felt unsafe ?front door security! . I took numerous pictures! No response from rental company. View was fabulous-outdoor furniture not so much!!

Great all round.
Central location with a great porch overlooking the beach. You can walk from condo to water in no more than five minutes. The unit is older, but well designed, maintained and appointed. We’ll be back!

Needs some TLC
Nice view!! Bedroom dressers need to be updated. Drawers and cabinets are very decrepit and somewhat dirty (mold). Lots of stains in carpeting and furniture. Old dishwasher needs to be updated - didn’t clean well and had rust inside. Dirty baseboards, paint peeling, faded pictures, broken pieces of decor. Description indicated pools with key codes - not true.

Enjoyed the condo. Very comfortable and clean. Was not thrilled that the elevator was out the whole stay. We were on the 5th floor. Two sixty year old women carrying 40lb suitcases up 5 flights of stairs was ridiculous not to mention groceries. When that’s fixed it’s a go

This condo was clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! And to top it off you’re just a short walk from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Great view, clean and comfortable place. Easy access to the beach Just need to turn A/C down before guest arrive, it took forever to cool down our condo, for the hot flashing women in our group!!! Other wise great place to stay for 4 adults.

Great ocean view condo
The property was clean and quite a comparable when we got there. The view from the living room in the bedroom and a double balcony was great. The hot tub had a hard time keeping up with the temperature it needed but what least was adequate towards the end of the state. Overall a good experience with a clean condo, oh well equipped kitchen, and great views from both the bedroom and the living room.

Great first time in South Padre
I was skeptical of beaches in Texas. I visited Destin growing up and I have yet to find it's rival. Having experienced Galveston, my bar was very low. I LOVED this beach and the property was very nice. I liked the two pools and the beach access was very easy.

Condo itself was gorgeous and just as pictured but...
Condo itself was gorgeous and just as pictured but in the last three days of our stay workers were doing construction next door so loud that it caused the walls to rattle. They did try to be courteous of our sleep however, and started at 10am. However, it still made it impossible to stay in the condo during these days as the noise was absolutely deafening. Also cable in the main room cut in and out, we never got that problem resolved. Other than that, the condo was in very good clean condition and the views were absolutely amazing. I'm ultimately torn on if I'd come here again because I enjoyed the condo in general but I had a serious issue with the noise levels due to construction being right next door.

would recommend this condo...
Wonderful experience. Loved the condo. Location was awesome. Views were great. Fully stocked. Furniture was more comfortable than I expected, as were the beds. Only complaint was we were on the 5th floor elevator broke down a couple times, on the plus side both times after a call to property manager it was repaired pretty quickly. But 3 times our family including my elderly mother-in-law had to walk the steps. Twice down and once up. I liked the front door locks being a code instead of keys but didn't realize until half way through trip that we weren't always locking the door, they didn't auto lock. the tv remotes were hard to understand, finally figured them out but all 3 rooms tv's and setups were different. living room had cable. 1st bedroom had roku which was nice. But overall was an awesome experience and would recommend room to anyone.
