Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private 26 foot poolside patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

The parrot theme decor certainly lets you know you are in the tropics all year around. The great room features plenty of seating for your group with a comfortable sleeper sofa, love seat and a recliner. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the Smart Cable TV with HBO! And being poolside you will have direct access to the pool and beach from your condo. Just think how easy it will be to have fun and keep an eye on the kids at all times. There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless Internet is also provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 6 at the dining room table.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. The master suite features a king size bed and a private bathroom. It has a brand new Memory Foam mattress that will provide you with a perfect night's sleep! There are floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that lead out to the Poolside patio. The guest bedroom features a brand new Memory Foam twin & queen size beds and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with Smart TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front patio! The views can’t be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Please come enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer in this fantastic oceanfront condo.

Seabreeze 1 will be undergoing a property modernization the last week in September 2024 through March 2025. Construction will occur daily between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. and you will experience noise between these hours. Please contact us with any questions. We are excited to share the changes when they are complete!

Our condo was perfect with one exception, the mattress in the master bedroom. It definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that it was great. Pretty decor. Convenient. Will absolutely come back.

The perfect vacation!
This was our first time to stay in SPI and we will definitely be back! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and easy to access. We were able to enjoy the pool and BBQ grill in addition to getting our fill of beach time. The beds were very comfortable and even with the pool being two steps away from the back patio we were able to get plenty of rest. We will definitely be back!

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well supplied, access to the pool and beach was amazing. The only complaint was parking, and I understand much of that is out of the property owners hands. We would return in the future.
