Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

Stunning ocean views will relax you instantly. You will love the exotic cherry laminate wood floors throughout this condo. The great room has plenty of seating with a comfortable sleeper sofa and love seat. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the Smart TV's with Cable and HBO. There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room’s wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 4 at the dining room table.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The King size bed features a brand-new memory foam mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! Anniversary trip

Loved the location and unit! Only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have a keypad instead of actual key. Forgot it the first time we left (luckily the door wasn't locked!). This would also be helpful if you weren't able to get to check in by 5.

Fantastic Stay

We had the most wonderful time staying at this property at South Padre Island. Everything was clean and orderly as described, and the views from the balcony are incredible. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna beach bar and short drive from the Blue Marlin supermarket. Soila, the property manager, was fantastic in responding to any needs or questions we had. Thank you so much, and we look forward to staying here again!

Amazing location at super clean and cute condo!

We had an amazing time and most definitely will return! Great location with an awesome view! The Condo was super clean and well decorated. The check in process was very easy. It did get a tad loud at the pool but not too late. The only tiny detail is that we only used the dishwasher once because of a strong rotten egg smell - not sure if it’s due to not being used often perhaps? Overall an amazing experience!

Amazing view

When we arrived in the condo, the first thing we saw was the ocean. The view was AMAZING. From there, you can hear the sound of the waves and feel the ocean breeze. The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. We would definitely stay there next time. I just wish it was pet friendly and check out wasn’t at 10am. Other than that I highly recommend this condominium. Go see it for yourself, you won't regret it !

Nice and relaxing

My husband and I were finally able to get away from the medical field for a short vacation. This was a much-needed de-stressor and our condo could not have been more perfect! Beautiful views, a little chilly the week we were there, but we didn't care, everything was perfect. Hopefully we will be back next year!!

TS Nicholas vacation

We arrived thinking that the still tropical storm Nicholas would ruin our vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with the weather remaining above average. But we could not have ventured out, our lovely condo would have been a great refuge. Gorgeous views of the crashing waves and comfortable accommodations. Everyone that we dealt with in the office and maintenance were helpful, friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay there again when our travels take us to South Padre!

Condo was just as described and looked just like the photos on the site. It was clean and provided amazing views that we were able to watch the sunrise everyday. They provide marked parking so no fighting to find a spot. (can fit two vehicles but only one truck). Within walking distance to restaurants, stores and gift shops.

I thought the SeaBreeze1 was well taken care of. Our unit 503 was well supplied ,plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The only thing that was bothersome was the construction going on while we were there. But on the whole it was a very enjoyable 10 days. April 2021
