Our price is set at 14 people at this time. If your group has more than 14 guests, it will be an additional $9.99/night plus tax in addition and the quote will reflect that when you indicate your exact number of guests.
* Your safety is our top priority . We take pride in providing extra care in cleaning and then disinfecting our villas for your enjoyment. All of our linens and bedspreads are washed between all bookings unlike other rentals where they are washed intermittently. Our swimming pool and Jacuzzi are private for your use and not shared with other houses. You can vacation at our villa with a peace of mind

*From 5/22 to 9/7 of each year , a 4 night minimum is required on weekends, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, unless availability is less than 4 nights.
Special days/holidays such as Easter , spring break etc. will also have a 4-5 night minimum. Otherwise, there is a 3 night minimum requirement.
*Check-in time is anytime after 3PM on your arrival date

DESCRIPTION:
One of the largest single family beach villa on the island with 5,500 SF. of living area! Paradise villa boasts 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a grand game room with billiard table, fully furnished and has a colossal private swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Our Paradise Villa occupies 1.5 lots and has plenty of fenced-in backyard amenities.
All beds have top of the line memory foam mattresses! No more haggling about who gets the king-size beds This mansion is only 3 houses to the beach and has water view from the balconies.
-Fully equipped kitchen which has stainless steel appliances throughout, granite counter tops in all bathrooms and kitchen areas, granite tiles on the floor of the entire house, and tropical decor in each room to bring the island theme indoor to with a unique relaxing yet festive atmosphere for your vacation.
- flat screen cable TV’s in every room with ROKU for streaming your favorite shows and the living room 60” flat screen TV has Youtube TV available and complimentary WiFi for the entire house.
-The kitchen is sure to please your large party with ample room for everyone to be seated together during meals. We guarantee fridge space for your foods and drinks with 2 large French-style refrigerators , 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, dishes, glasses, utensils, cutlery, cooking and baking ware, and small electrical appliances, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave.
There are 2 master suites on the 1st floor with king size beds. Both of these rooms have private baths; one with Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk-in shower and the other bathroom with walk-in shower.
-There are 2 other bedrooms on this floor, one with king-size bed and the other with queen size bed. The bedrooms all revolve around the grand and expansive game room with billiard table to entertain all the game enthusiasts.
-The 2nd floor is equally extravagant with 2 king-size bedrooms and a kid’s room. One of these rooms is a master suite with oversize Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. -The humongous living room opens to balconies that extend forever to provide you with unparalleled views of the water from the front as well as the back of the house.

-INSTANT BOOKING for families w/ parents present, & >30 years old only. We may make exceptions if you please email us. Do not book by instant booking or your money will be tied up for a period of time when this is canceled.
- From 5/2/25 to 9/7 of each year, a 4-night minimum is required on weekends, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, unless availability is less than 4 nights. Please inquire before booking if you don't meet this requirement. We may make exceptions. Extra charge will be charged if excessive cleaning is required from an unkempt stay. No pets due to medical/allergic reaction for other guests.
-No other guests shall be at this house outside of the registered number.
- No house parties/events.
POOL GUIDELINES & RULES
During winter months when the swimming pool needs to be heated, the water temperature setting is set at 84°F. Our Jacuzzi amenity is set at 100 degrees.
The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If a cold front approaches and there is a big drop in the temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool and 100 degrees for Jacuzzi. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, most pool heaters will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature.
