We stayed at this property in April, and our experience was great. So we returned with my kids and her sister and daughter. We rented three rooms for three nights. Every night, the hotel was loud and sleep was interrupted. Our bathroom door was very wonky, and the kids' patio door was very difficult to open. The chlorine in the pool and hottub was really strong. We asked a few times at the front desk for one of our rooms to be moved due to noise, and was told it would cost an extra $60/night. It wasn't the same experience as it was in April, and we won't be back.

Very clean, but the chemicals in the cleaning supplies they use are far too strong. Hot tub was a decent size and very hot. In room jacuzzi tubs were good, although it took a while to get hot water in both of our rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

La Copa is probably one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was very professional and helpful with any questions or requests we had.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The local merchants were also very friendly and helpful. We felt safe and so much available within walking distance. I'm disabled so it was very easy for me to get down to the beach on the boardwalk. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We will be returning as this just became our new anniversary weekend hotspot!

Only thing I could complain about is the shower. Took about 1 min to completely go from spout to shower head. And once coming out the shower head I had to face it straight out so the water could shoot maybe a foot out before starting to fall. That way I’m not staying right at the front of the tub. Other than the shower great room. I also had to extend my stay by two nights, the employee at the front made that easy.

Good value, nice comfortable property. Nice pool area and boardwalk to the beach. Only issue we had is that our door needed to be maintained/sealed, on busy nights we could hear any and all the activity in the hallway. But on quiet nights, no issues. Overall satisfied. Would stay again.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We really liked the breakfast menu. The house and kitchen staff were very nice and kind. The only situation that we didn’t like was that there was too much noice going on. We stayed on 2nd floor and on third floor there was people moving furniture and banging on things.
