Updated kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Very comfortable condo with a full size kitchen. It can comfortably sleep 4 adults (max occupancy 6 persons). Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the master room, Queen size bed in the guest room, and a Sleeper/sofa in the living area. Amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, cable, / WIFI.

Great Place

The location is awesome. A quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Also a quick 3 minute walk to the gravity park and several places to eat. We were surprised by how much bigger this place is in person. Great two bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer were also a great feature. Quiet and well kept property.

Very nice and close to the beach

The condo was very nice. The beds were super comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. A very short walk to the beach made it perfect.

Nice stay and easy access to the beach.

The condo was very clean and exactly as expected. It directly across from beach access which made it smooth and easy to get to the beach daily. The only downside was the pool temperature. The pool was nice but hot! Unfortunately we utilized a different option day two because the pool was more like a hot tub temperature. Overall a great place to stay for a beach trip.

Amazing

Everything about this property is amazing. It is beautiful and close to the beach. We had an amazing stay here. Franke Realty even checked up on us after we lost power from a major storm that knocked down power poles. Perfection!

Already planning our next stay

Property was great. Pictures don’t do it justice. It has been remodeled and everything is like new. Pool was a plus. Literally across the street from the beach. Loved it. Will definitely book this unit again.

The reality is better than many of the old photos or old reviews.The photos prior to summer 2018 are incomplete and only show part of the beautiful new remodel and furnishings provided by the new owner. New interior. All new appliances. Brand new high quality furniture and furnishings. New high quality extras like towels. utensils and art. The only thing "old" was the tradition of quality and dedication of the Franke Realty management team. Very well done. We will be back.

Beautiful unit close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and spacious overlooking the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking right down to foil (but bring your own spices). Nice decor and comfy beds. Not on the beach but just across the street from beach access with a nice boardwalk that takes you right to the beach (an easy 2 minute walk). Showers were also available at the end of boardwalk to rinse sand away. Unit is just down the street from the bay with restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment for kids and there were great fireworks shows Thursday and Friday that we could see right from the unit. Rental company was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived later than expected. Highly recommend.

Very clean and brand new! Amazing condo for 2-4

This property is brand new and extremely nice. All new appliances, new countertops, nice tile floors and brand new beds. This place is straight out of a model home catalogue. Also literally a 2 minutes walk to the beach and being in the center of town means your options aren’t limited and you can walk everywhere. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but the condo and surrounding area are all very nice and clean. Great for a family or adults looking to have a good time in SPI
