The perfect beach vacation awaits you in our completely remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from a balcony. The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a charcoal grilling station, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our beautifully decorated condo is located on the 5th floor with inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door there is nothing but quiet, privacy and amazing views... You've truly arrived in paradise.

The spacious living/dining area, all decorated in tropical jewel tones of the sea have floor-to ceiling windows and doors with the most breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre with access to the main balcony. This is where you'll want to be sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the soft gentle sea breezes and watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf.

The master suite with a new king size pillow top mattress has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the center courtyard, walkway to the beach and of course the beach. There is also a small sitting area, a large flat screen TV and an attached master bath with walk-in tiled shower and quartz vanity top. A 2nd mini master suite has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door to another balcony overlooking the pool/spa and tennis court. There is a flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee maker to get you started in the morning. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds with new pillow top mattress, a flat screen TV and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. These 2 guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and quartz vanity top. All 3 bedrooms have built-ins with plenty of storage and are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner.

The kitchen, designed for the "cook" has a quartz counter top and breakfast bar with additional seating for 4. All new stainless steel appliances include a slide-in convection range, microwave, dishwasher, large 3 door refrigerator with ice maker and various small appliances. It is stocked with high quality dishes and glassware. There is a basic supply of herbs and spices to enhance your cooking creations. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied for your arrival and there are some cleaning supplies. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 wall mounted flat screen smart TVs. Spectrum Cable and free WiFi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans throughout. New front loading, full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry liquids are provided. For your beach time fun, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and various beach toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. We could not have been happier with our stay!
Everything about the stay was wonderful including our hosts. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is amazing! There were a few issues that came up during our stay and the host responded quickly and had them resolved early the next morning. These items were minor like needing a new air filter and a broken showerhead. It was amazing that they responded so fast and just wanted to make sure we were good with waiting until the morning. I believe they would have sent someone at night but since it was not urgent, we waited. We will for sure be back.

Great Condo
We had a great stay in this condo. The owners were great at communicating and let us know when the building had a water pressure issue one day. They actually live in the building and were super kind! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and nothing felt out of date. For those who have kids or just like to sit on the beach there was a good variety of beach stuff in the front closet. There were also options of games and puzzles to play. On the rare occasion we tried the bedroom tv, it was hit or miss if the internet worked. But as far as I know all the TVs were smart TVs. We had a large group with our family of 6 and my brother and sister in law staying there, but we all fit comfortably and when we had there rest of our family over from their condo to eat supper the 15 of us all had places to sit and eat between the bar stools, the table using the 4 chairs then pulling in the 2 from one of the bedrooms and then the couch and love seat. Overall, I would highly suggest this as a great place to stay

This place is amazing! The host is above par and was available and quick to answer any questions i had regarding their location. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home with a great view and super easy access to the beach!!! We had an amazing time. Great condo close to a semi-private beach!
Our family, kids 12 and 13, stayed for a wonderful 5 days. The condo was within walking distance to a beach, and the condo has a few chairs, toys, boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen is also well-stocked, and the showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Only downside is the adjacent property plays loud music at their bar late into the night, so our kids used a white noise app to drown out the music and sleep! We also got to watch a SpaceX launch while there, just a short walk down the beach. Definitely recommend.

The condo was beautiful and clean and plenty big for a family to be comfortable. It is as close as it gets to the beach. I was impressed by how much was provided for our use. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, games and cards. The kitchen was stocked with all basic utensils and also had a toaster, blender and basic spices and oils. The best part of the condo is how close it is to the beach. It's right at the entrance to the boardwalk. We did not use the pool as we prefer the beach.

Amazing location and perfect condo!
We loved everything about this condo! The location is beach front and it’s a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo has 2 pools to accommodate families and the pool has different depths. The pools were clean and the facility was also well kept. The condo itself was perfection. It had everything we could possibly need and more! All the beach toys, kitchen utensils and all the little extras like streaming TV! The owners lived on site and were incredibly communicative and so very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, beautiful appliances and plenty of counter space. A must stay if you visit Padre!

Sea Vista RM 515 Review
Beautiful condo and floor plan. Spacious bedrooms and breathtaking views. Definitely make time to sit and feel the sea breeze on your face and through your hair on the balcony. Becky was real attentive to all mine and my family’s needs. The condo literally has everything you need to cook, clean, and relax. We were able to have H‑E‑B in Port Isabel deliver all the groceries so meals were very simple to prepare. The walking distance to the beach was so convenient and short, especially when your packing for everything needed for the beach along with a baby. I would recommend bringing a small wagon to load everything in and take with you to the beach to prevent as many little trips as possible. We had a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom the first night and by the next day it was all fixed. The only minor thing that I would suggest that needs updating would be the beach equipment that’s provided such as: new umbrellas for shade and chairs. Overall, this condo was perfect to celebrate my little girls first birthday and we do plan to return in the future.

I stayed there with my husband & 2 adult children & their spouses. Having 2 king beds was a bonus and the other BR has 2 full beds. All beds were very comfortable. Living space had comfy furniture. It is a short walk to the beach, and the tennis courts also had markings for pickle ball which we loved. We had a great time!

Our experience with this property was excellent from start to finish. Communication was perfect, check-in was simple, and the condo is amazing. It met and far exceeded our expectations. We took all four young adult kids with us and the accommodations were great. Easy access to beach and everything is in walking distance. I was concerned about a loud spring break crowd but it was very quiet. I suffer from migraines. The crock pot was super nice for meals. We were thankful for the beach items that came with the condo. Home away from home
My family of five (spouse, one child, two teenagers) spent 4 nights/5 days at Sea Vista 515. It had all the comforts of home. For starters, booking the trip was super easy. And the friendly “hello” message from the owner after booking immediately let us know we had found something special. The property was exactly as advertised and as reviewed by others - CLEAN, spacious, well-stocked, comfortable, and convenient (both to the beach and to restaurants). It was so clean, my wife - who is a germaphobe - felt very comfortable at the property. The teenagers loved the strong internet and abundant TVs. No one went hungry or thirsty because the huge fridge more than handled the drinks, frozen foods, and so much more, and the well-stocked kitchen made it super easy to quickly whip up a good meal. The beds were all super comfortable, the showers were hot, the toilets efficient, and the air conditioning was excellent; what more could you want? When it came time to go to the beach, there were ample towels, chairs, and boogie boards. And the view of the beach from the main balcony made for relaxing moments sipping cold drinks and watching the waves. To top it all off, the owners, who live on site, were super friendly and provided great recommendations on places to eat. I understand they have other properties at South Padre and I would imagine they are all well maintained. We lived our time at Sea Vista 515 and hope to return there soon.
