Great location and gorgeous views from master bedroom, living room & patio. Condo is near several great seafood restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need. Pictures of condo are spot on.

Great location

Ocean Vista condos have terrific access to the beach and town! Many things were in walking distance, and we practically had the beach to ourselves over Labor Day weekend. The building itself is showing some age, but our condo - 406 - was very nice, updated, and clean and had fun extras like boogie boards, chairs, and beach towels, so that was a pleasant surprise. We’d stay here again if we ever go back to Padre.

Clean, Comfortable, and What a View!

This condo is very clean and very well stocked for families. The balcony is amazing! The only things I would recommend for the owner is to store beach toys elsewhere because all the sand and mess in 2nd bedroom closet and not enough room for clothes is not great. And the living room furniture could be better. Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay here again! Nice condo building that is well cared for!

The location was great.

Express check in was great. Franke Realty was very responsive. Called twice and got what I needed on the call. Over looking the beach was relaxing and access to the beach was easy.

Our experience was not great, but that was due to weather (winter storm I texas causing power and water issues). Property manager responded promptly given the environment they were dealing with. Weather is not property fault.
