First time staying at Sunchase. Room was nice and adequately clean. I especially liked the extra high ceiling, made the room/bathroom feel spacious. The shower is extra large with a flat tiled floor that is just slightly lower than bthe rest of the bathroom floor, however the curtain wasn't wife

We arrived 2 hours later from check in, and our room was not ready, hotel n room were hot, no AC, and when we did get room AC to work, water leaked on carpet, a man had to come and clean out the AC at midnight, I called the front desk, about the inconvenience, she said she would call manager and return my call; but she did not. I had to go back down hours later, n request a late check out… sad to say; will never return back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone .

HOTEL STAFF ARE THIEVES We left a $200 pair of adidas shoes in the room. We didn't realize until a few days later and we called. They confirmed the shoes were turned in by the cleaning lady. We drive two hours to go pick them up as we were assured they were there. When we get there to pickup the shoes the front desk says they are not here and that allegedly we had advised them to throw them away LOL. They say they will call us if they turn up but it's highly unlikely we are going to get our brand new shoes back. The front desk lady also didn't want to provide the GM contact info. Be careful with this sketchy place. Also would like to note that there was blood on the wall in the restroom. Felt so disgusting sleeping there.
