Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 505, your home away from home. A spacious 1200 square ft. fully furnished condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.

Begin your day eating breakfast on the furnished oceanfront covered balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.

Large windows bathe the living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging on the couch or the comfortable recliner. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down as you watch the game on the 60" HD TV in the Living Room / 40" HD 4K in the primary bedroom, and a 32" SMART HD TV in the 2nd bedroom.

Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the striking granite countertops as you prepare your favorite meals. The dining area fits 5 guests comfortably, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Texas-sized barbeque grill area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group.

The primary suite has a cozy king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor-to-ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers or unwinding at the end of the day while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. The newly remodeled primary bathroom has a walk-in closet, a large vanity with plenty of drawers for storing toiletries, and a gorgeous walk-in tile shower with a support bar and a built-in seat.

The inviting guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, 6-drawer dresser, and small walk-in closet with storage shelf. Freshen up in the spacious attached guest bathroom with marble vanity, 5-shelf linen closet, and tub/shower combo.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Play a thrilling game of tennis, lounge on the sun deck with palapas, take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose, along the way, stop for a game of sand volleyball.

Great View, Condo very clean

We had a great week, awesome views and great condo. We had a blast, condo close to everything. Not a complain at all but being huge football fans we wish the living room tv had regular remote to watch Smart TV for Thursday night Prime so we could watch in living room (or we couldn't figure out lol- called the office they said if it was a Smart TV it would have regular remote to get to apps, we did watch in bedroom so all good. Would book again! Great Stay!

This place is on the top floor with an incredible view of the ocean, easy beach access, and a pool and hot tub. It's very clean and nicely furnished. This was a nice break from the cold weather where we live and I'd definitely book here again.

Unit is great. Living area perfect for all to relax with great beach view. Even in middle of complex no contact or issue with neighbors. Only downer was the tar balls on beach. Never knew & they get on everything. Trick on skin is baby oil to remove. Come well stocked. On cloths just throw. So bring old beachware, towels, etc.

Nice location and condo.

The view from the balcony was wonderful...right on the beach! The condo was clean and well taken care of. Pretty well supplied...with the exception of beach towels, as all beach VRBO's we have stayed at over the years have provided. Be aware that the window in the kitchen and the second bedroom face the outdoor hallway and the elevator which is about five steps away. Other than that, it is a great condo and location!

Great Condo, Terrible Management

This condo is very nice. The owner is very nice. The management company, however, is terrible. The day before check in we found added in at the bottom of a very lengthy description of the place that the balcony was closed for repairs. The owner had no problem with us cancelling and reserving another condo (several were available and one of which was on the same floor of the same condo) but the management company would not help us. If you choose to stay at this condo make sure you read every word of the description and know that if anything comes up you will not be helped by Padre Island Rentals. You get what you get.

The check in process was fast and easy since we completed all information prior online. This condo has an awesome location and view. It was clean upon arrival. We brought food and cooked most of our meals at the condo and it had everything we needed. The master bed was a little more firm than what we were used to but we had no problem sleeping.

Nice location, just needed more towels

Nice location and atmosphere. On the beach. The only complaint that I have is you get one towel, wash cloth per person and to exchange them you have to drive a few blocks away to the welcome center. Also we ran out of toilet paper and they wouldn’t provide more, said it was out responsibly. No beach towels provided. Those were my complaints, other than that we had a good experience.

Great spot on SPI

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location on the beach was fantastic, with easy access, as well as a beautiful view of the sunrise from our balcony and master bedroom. Very close to lots of restaurants and beach shops, including some options within walking distance. The place was clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed. Only had one issue with the wi-fi the day after we arrived, and it was taken care of within a couple hours. Definitely recommend for a great stay on SPI!

Great getaway

This was the perfect condo for our escape from Michigan winter! The condo is lovely; furnishings are comfortable; kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, etc. , but need to provide your own condiments if cooking. The master bath and walk in closet were great. We spent lots of time on the balcony, listening to the waves and enjoying the warm (sometimes windy!) weather. The high chairs are especially nice! Nice pool and hot tub. Walking distance to Blackbeards, and the WannaWanna beach bar. Parking can get a little tight when the condos are fully occupied. We would definitely stay here again.
