My stay was ok. The hotel rooms could definitely benefit from an update. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. Only drawback was that there weren’t any fitted sheets available for the sofa bed. The check in and check out staff were pleasant.

Not satisfied…could’ve been better
Our stay was okay but could’ve been better were it not for a few details. There were extra pillows for sleeper sofas, so I called the front desk and asked for some as well as washcloths. None were ever provided. Additionally, we found out the next morning that we were also a towel short, but didn’t bother calling for any this time since our last call was never attended to. There were no spoons in the silverware drawer, either. Lastly, when we went to use the hot tub there was dirty foam/bubbles floating around the surface that of the water and the pool had several greenish spots in the concrete around the edge, which I believe was algae.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The king suite was spacious and we appreciated having a full size fridge w/freezer. Would have been nice to have a door or some separation from bedroom and bathroom sink area. Breakfast was varied every day with many options.

Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay again when in the area. Hamilton shopping area is a short drive away so there is an abundance of eateries and shopping opportunities. Although it gets crowded, breakfast is plentiful with good options. The rooms are comfortable and a good size with several amenities (office working area, kitchen area, dish ware, TV options, etc). Even has an area to work on your golf putting skills. The cons were the black mole in the shower and around the bathroom baseboards and needing to constantly log into the Wi-Fi.

We had a great stay!! The hotel was quiet and a good location. The only downside was we had to switch rooms. Due to the A/C not working well . It wasnt working very well in the 2nd room either. With the thermostat set at 68 it never got below 74 during the day. They need to service their hvac

Best hotel stay to date
The room was spacious, maid service was excellent, breakfast was always hot and delicious. Proximity to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy highway access, made this a really convenient stay.

Not clean at all
This hotel was not clean at all. The first room we were put in reeked of old cigarette smoke, and the room we were moved to had dirty sheets, covered in other people’s body hair. My husband asked for new sheets and we made up the bed ourselves. The sofa was littered with crumbs between the cushions—so much so that we didn’t want to use the pull-out sofa for one of our children. We asked for a rollaway bed for one of our children but the desk attendant said they “don’t do those.” The service was also less than stellar: we waited several minutes to check in, and then again when we asked to change rooms, and a third time to get new sheets.
