The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional when checking-in (a male in his late fifties or early sixties). Room Wi-Fi connection requires a compulsory registration with the hotel chain, not the single last name room number that most other hotels do. Not that big of a deal but feeling forced to do something is not comfortable.
