Mostly great stay although as with most places, buffet breakfast was cold and had been there ages. Hot holding doesn’t seem to be a priority.

We had a great stay, loved the hotel! They have thought of everything from shelves, hooks in bathroom to put toiletries,( many places we’ve stayed haven’t got this) small things I know but what we like. Lovely and clean ..Staff were very nice and professional. Breakfast fantastic. We will certainly be back !! A very relaxing stay- thank you

Good hotel in excellent location
Good hotel with easy access to Gunwharf quays and the historic dockyard. Room was perfect for us and very clean. Bathroom a little small but I guess due to type of room.

Basic but exactly what you need - decent bed, good shower, solid breakfast. Parking is not clear but if you enter the shopping centre carpark (next door) the staff at reception can validate your ticket for you.

Wonderful stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. They even offered me a free late check-out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated the warm and accommodating attitude of the staff. Highly recommend staying here!

There were a few hairs in the double bed however no big issues as the sheet was clean. I was a bit cold and asked for another blanket. Staff were quick to respond. House keeping staff very helpful and the dining room staff very friendly.

Wouldn’t rush back
Had lovely view from room however breakfast was poor as there was hardly anything available to eat and all the juices had run out ended up with a croissant and a hot drink
