The pool was my boys favorite part. It was warm and well stocked. They even had a elf that pulledsome antics antics.

This hotel was clean, easily accessible and staff was helpful, considerate, and very professioal. My room was neat clean and well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice selection of food and drink as well as being plentiful. The only way this hotel could improve is to put grab bars in their tubs and showers. Otherwise my rating is 9/10 instead of 10/10. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nights stay.

Service is always great; room was not up to expectations however. The heating/cooling system had broken/missing buttons so heated to 79 degrees or cooled to 60 degrees only. There were rips in the curtains and there was no coffeemaker; the front desk assistant got one for us though.

The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and efficient.
