Comfort Inn used to be one of the better two- or three-star properties to stay at. This hotel is dated and in need of renovations. Amenities are fine and what you would expect. Rooms need to be updated, and hotel needs a good cleaning. Lots of debris in the hallways. Staff was excellent, helpful, and very courteous and the one really good thing about this location. It's also kind of tough to get into and out of this location. Right off a main roadway that's 55-mph speed limit. It's hidden in the trees, and if you aren't paying attention you'll drive right by this place. It was adequate for the price. Free breakfast is the usual stuff. Kind of boring when it's the exact same every day when you are staying multiple days. Overall, maybe a 7 out 10 our stay.
It is clean and comfortable. Very basic breakfast. The waffles are the best choice. The decor is a bit dated but ok
The best part was walking across the street to hickory tavern ate there both nights and a caribou coffee too. When you cross the bridge there is a board missing so you have to be careful.
Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms clean. Had no problems. I would book again.
This was supposed to be for checkin not the stay. Terri was absolutely awesome. We had to check out but back in again because we used Hotrls.com. She was able to set it up so we could simply move rooms in the morning rather have to take our luggage and check back in later. She was Super Friendly and so helpful. This customer first care was very much appreciated.
The price was way to high for the room 209 the paint in the bathroom was peeling off everywhere shower wasn’t clean for $160.00 per night the room should have been a lot better condition I decided to find another motel for the rest of my trip.
