I've stayed here before, and I came back because it's a lovely little hotel. Very quaint, but comfortable. The clock tower across the street can be loud at times, but I didn't find it a bother at all.

Outdated, overpriced, not welcoming to foreigners.
Cons: 1) Receptionist was not welcoming. 2) She saw that we were carrying heavy suitcases to the second floor and didn’t say that they have elevator. 3) There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. 4) The window in the room was not clean. 5) Terrible view from our window. We paid significant amount of money for our 1 night stay and got the room with worst view in the empty hotel (it was early December). Pros: good breakfast, comfortable restaurant.

Family room in a pleasant hotel
We booked into this hotel with 2 small children (1&3) and found our family room to be a lovely size with plenty of room for the bed, sofa bed, our baby's travel cot and still room for playing. We didn't spend much time in the hotel - we attended the BSB race meeting at Assen. We were out before breakfast every day except departure day. We had to rush a little to leave on time, but it was nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant on the last evening. Good food, and friendly staff who gave our children some toy dinosaurs!

We hadden een fijn verblijf bij hotel Wesseling. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met allemaal verse producten. Leuk dat ze speelgoed hadden beneden voor kinderen. En super attent dat we een kamer upgrade kregen omdat het rustig was. Als je een hele lichte slaper bent zijn oordopjes aangeraden omdat je vlakbij een kerk zit.
