Arrived late but host was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was clean and quiet. Great location close to airport and freeway. Breakfast is a partnership with Denny's right across from the front door which was convenient and breakfast choices/quality were good and better than the in-house options at other places. The heater unit kept switching on/off, not loud but enough to be noticed.

Mostly great, sometimes the WI-FI doesn't ask for your username and password, so you can't always get online with it. One of the people at the front desk knew how to access the address manually, but not all of them did.

Worth Staying at
We had just spent 2 days at another hotel chain that was excellent so comparing the 2 might not be completely fair. The Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn in Spokane, Washington was a good option, just not the best we have been to, but way above the worst we have ever stayed at. I didn't think the bed or the pillows were that comfortable, but my 2 traveling companions thought they were okay, and they were okay. We were a little disappointed that the hot breakfast was not in the inn itself, but at a Denny's just a few feet away. This proved a little difficult for our daughter who had hoped to run downstairs, eat quickly and get back to her laptop to do some business for her work before checking out. The hotel did have a quick and go breakfast bag or vouchers for a discount to eat at Denny's. The Denny's was clean, and the service was great as was the food. It was a great location for us as it was a quick on and off to the freeway.
