Vey clean but the deadbolt on my door was broken in half and nobody told me about the trains that come by every hour and are so loud they shake the building.. good for a one night stay but I wont come back

Loved the art all over the property. Free charging in parking lot across the street was a nice positive surprise. Homeless population makes the area sketchy.

Great downtown location. So many things to do within walking distance. Lots of parking options both on site and right across the street. Staff is very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. It is right next to the train tracks but it’s not as noisy as everyone made it out to be in my opinion.

Funky cool, updated and clean.
My initial impression was that it was pretty dated but after taking it all in it’s just kind of funky cool. The rooms are tastefully updated and very clean. It’s conveniently located and though we didn’t need them, the ear plugs for train noise was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful & text communications were actually interactive, never seen that before.

Train activity extremely noisy, I asked staff for more pillows and was told they would bring them, but apparently they forgot. Other tenants extremely noisy multiple times with no effort to quiet them. I do not recommend this facility.

Our stay was supposed to include free bikes which was a major reason we stayed there. They said they had to air up the bikes and would give us a call. They later said they needed to get one from another property and would call us. We never got a call. They said they couldn't refnd anything because we paid in advance.

Wonderful hotel at a great price downtown Spokane
Excellent ‘boutique-ish’ hotel, right in the heart of Spokane. Excellent value, especially as there was no additional charge for our pet doggo. Only detrimental aspect is the unfortunate presence of homeless and addiction - challenged street population; no fault of the hotel itself.

Check-in process was easy enough. I was given free choice of which floor I wanted, and absent-mindedly said 1st - I recommend going with 2nd or 3rd if you stay, because if you choose 1st you'll be directly in line with any noise that comes from vehicles parking or (in my case) revving their diesel engines and/or being towed at 3:30 in the morning! I also did not realize that the hotel is right next to the train, which wasn't particularly disruptive but is good to know. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the location convenient, and the price decent.
