I am disabled and requested a downstairs room. I called on the way and let the clerk know that we have stayed several times and needed a downstairs room. I was told that we could not have a handicap room because we had a pet. When we arrived about six hours later I was told that all downstairs rooms were taken. I reminder the lady of my call and she claimed I never told her I needed a downstairs room. I told her I did and even requested the same room were stayed in last time. Our stay was miserable due to difficulty trying to get up and down the stairs with luggage and our dog.

Nice, clean stay. Right next to gas station and Huddle House. There are a few restaurants right down the road. The pool and jacuzzi is indoors and is kept clean! Nice staff. Pretty decent breakfast that’s included. Would stay again. TY

Check in was easy and straightforward. The reception was pleasant and the front desk host was kind enough to leave the pool open a little longer for my little ones to burn energy after a long drive. The pool had a light detached that made me nervous with the wires. No harm was done but it should be fixed. The room was ok. Old and tacky coloring. It may have contributed to how dirty it felt, but the carpets didnt seem very clean and the soap scum on parts of the bathroom were gross. The bed was fairly comfortable and seemed ti be the cleanest part of the room. Breakfast had a decent variety and was typical for this type of hotel. We could never get our kids' tablets to connect to the internet, but our phones did. The location of the hotel was convenient. For the price, I would consider staying again, but would consider looking elsewhere.
