The service was spotty. Our bathroom drain didn't work and we called the front desk. They never came and we had to do a makeshift and fix it ourselves.

Not all that great
2 out of 3 of the elevators were not operational - I think they turned them off, not that they were broken, but that for the sabbath. Every time we needed the elevator there was a line and then people packed in very dangerously with too many people. The ice maker on our floor didn't' work, there was only on chair on the balcony, no fan in the bathroom, computer down at the pool and only took cash, the AC was loud and not consistent and the property looks beat up and a bit run down. We won't stay there again.

Stayed at ocean resort for Labor Day weekend and could not be more pleased. Staff was friendly and professional, and rooms were newly renovated and very clean! Location is perfect as you can walk to any restaurant or shop. Love this resort and highly recommend it!

This place was not worth the money. The rooms are out dated, USB chargers and plugs did not work, the sliding shades had holes in them and were obviously stained/dirty. Air conditioning in our room broke. The service was beyond disappointing (besides the front desk, they were GREAT!). Breakfast buffet was standard, but the waitress was rude/standoffish. Housekeeping forgot leftover food in the refrigerator from the previous occupant. Overall, would not return and definitely not worth the money per night.
