Lovely room, unfortunately we got a room with a view to the rest of the inn rather than to the nature. Walkable distance to the restaurants and shops and Springdale shuttle bus station is located in front of the inn.

Trinity at the desk was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. Great location: walkable to restaurants and shops, easy parking, great view of a mountain and full service breakfast included in room rate was a perk. Ideal base camp for enjoying Zion.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled the Las Vegas hotel to stay here another 3 nights.The restaurant and bakery on the premises are probably the best in the area.

This family run hotel was perfect for what I was looking for. It’s a 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Zion National Park and on the shuttle line. I would stay here every time I visit the region and highly recommend for others to do the same.

Great location. Rooms are far away from the main road. Very quiet. The room is warm. Break fast is delicious. Found some hairs on the bed. Also some random items like a pair of glasses, a spring， and some other accessories in the bathroom.
