Get service. Terrible room #514.
The hotel is a nice hotel; however our room #514 accommodations were poor due to having a terrible mattress that had been worn down with a severe dip in the middle as if it was "my grandma's bed." We got no sleep. It was a one night stay but I will probably not revisit this hotel.

Quick fall getaway at the D.
I love staying at D. Hotel Suites and try to book it anytime I need to be in the Northampton area. The location is just gorgeous, nestled between the hill and opposite the river. The main building itself has so much character, with rooms that are clean and nicely set up (they just need a few more outlets...). The indoor pool and hot tub are worth packing a suit for - a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The staff here is always friendly, helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and valued. Highly recommend!

The spacious rooms, the indoor pool, hot tub and of course the staff was amazing, especially Jim, he made a disabled young mans Birthday extra special with a simple touch. First time and will be returning soon.
