Great stay!
I love this place. Very nice location in Old Market. Clean and comfortable facility. The only down side is that parking is very inconvenient. The pros of this place certainly outweigh that one con.

Staff was fabulous. Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, the property needs a major face lift. And hair in the bathroom and on blankets. Stains on towels.

Very happy with our stay. Everything looks great since they finally remodeled everything. The embassy’s were super outdated prior to that.

The freshly prepared breakfast was enjoyable. However, the room could have been cleaner—there was noticeable dust, and the bathroom had mold growing around the tub seals. Additionally, the hotel was quite noisy, especially on the lower floors. On our first night, the front lobby felt more like a daycare, with a luggage cart full of kids and teens running around.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and social hour….the rooms were clean and the staff was great! Our tub did not drain but when we called they came within minutes to fix it! Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

There were so many good things but just a remark on a bad thing, the valet was extremely unorganized on the Friday night but thankful for kid who busted butt to get things covered the best he could while he didn't know where his taller older person who was supposed to be helping was at.
