This property is not SAFE! They have a section that is used for a HOMELESS HOSTILE, there was excessive drug use! The smell of Marijuana in my nonsmoking room was ridiculous. Very suspicious behaviors going on outside with a huge presence of car dates and workers in the lobby trying to pay cash for rooms! UNNACCEPTABLE!!!

The hotel was right next to the freeway, which normally is not a problem but this was next level. It was hard to find off the highway as it was divided and the turn/signage was not well marked, however it seems like the entire area was like that. Decent breakfast.

Poorly insulated for sound. Road noise and high winds very loud. Staff all very helpful and welcoming. Getting to the Inn is incredibly confusing for someone not familiar with the exit to rte 5 from 91 north

To start my stay the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When we got to the room the towels were dirty, the base of the bed was dirty and had white stains, the door didn’t shut, the sliding door was paper thin, there was no vent in the bathroom. Then there was an indoor pool that I got for the kids that was “closed for the season” which made no sense. None the less I will never stay here again!

Check in was fine, got the basic information we needed. When I walked into our guest room it sounded like a window was open. Later found out that the sliding door to the balcony was off its track or the building had settled and the door did not close all the way at the top and was very drafty, it was very noisy b/c it faced the main road. The lighting wasn't great and one of the desk lamps didn't work or possibly didn't have a bulb. It was otherwise clean enough and a place to stay, but better, more modern locations might be available elsewhere closer to where we needed to be. When I was in/out in the morning the desk clerk was on her cell phone on a personal call and didn't acknowledge me when I passed the desk twice while nobody else was in the lobby. All and all it was affordable but I know they could do better with the facility and was a bit outdated.
