The property was nice! Everything we needed was in walking distance. Loved that the mall was connected to the facility. Did not like that the shower did not close fully and had to wait over an hour for additional towels and toilet paper to be brought to the room. But the front desk did there best. It was a busy weekend with a lot of families so the delay was understandable. Overall a nice stay! I would stay again!

As a guest I felt you should be able to get free parking - and I ended up paying for all three days. Also without ventilation our room was very humid and the air was not running greatly. I also really miss the Starbucks that was there on the second floor because you don’t always have time to do a sit down breakfast.

Everything was great from the shuttle pickup to drop off back at the airport 4 days later. The hotel staff was great - everyone was so nice and friendly - we would stay at this property again.

The person checking me in said they had upgrades but it only applies to “Expedia Diamond VIP” Once I showed her that my reservation shows free upgrades does apply to platinum VIP she said “ the hotel is completely booked “ which was not true because when I tried to make reservations they had plenty of rooms available so she lied Also there were no shampoo and conditioner and such amenities or tea or coffee in the room It took me three calls snd waiting two hours to get shampoo and conditioner delivered to my room I will not stay at Radisson blue hotels again Staff are also not friendly

Our room was absolutely disgusting and didn’t even have towels in it. It was like they forgot to “clean and stock” our room. There was hair EVERYWHERE including the bathroom ceiling. For what we were expecting. Chances are we would not stay here again based on the cleanliness. Not only that but check out is 12pm. The were knocking on our door wanting us out at 10am.
