A cash deposit was required because of my address
Right off the bat I was required to put down a C-Note cash deposit because I live a certain distance from the hotel. The parking is tight and there is only one entrance and exit. The room was okay but it was dated.

Average
Everything was just average...average room, average service, average cleanliness. Took a good ten minutes to get the water warm enough for a shower.
I travel through here regularly and the staff always treats me well! This time a dog owner who shouldn’t be a dog owner had left their pet locked in their room for several hours and it was barking loudly and constantly! The staff did all they could to mitigate the situation for other guests.
The only bad thing was that the bed wasn't as soft as I would have liked and the pillows were quite hard. I was happy with how clean the room was and that there was in room coffee.
Place was horrible, front desk was constantly gone and could not be found when needed, hallways and rooms had this weird “unclean” smell, room floor was very sticky, lizards and bugs were crawling on the walls of the second floor (2 floor is what I stayed on). Hotel claims to be “smoke free rooms” but hallways fill with smoke as they allow people to smoke right at the back doors. The linen on the bed had stains and another weird smell coming off of it, this was just a bad experience and I would suggest paying more to go to another hotel if possible.
