I would not stay here again. The room was clean and okay. We stayed on the 10th floor and the view from the balcony was very nice. As an Expedia member they gave me an extra hour to check out. They also provided a microwave in the room upon request. But the refrigerator in the room was not working, the smaller shower head was not working and the large shower head produced little water when showering . The breakfast buffet was just okay. If it wasn’t included in the price I would not pay for it. The tall light skinned lady with the red jacket who was in the dinning room did not appear friendly at all. She did not greet us or say hello when we walked in or out of the dining room. When I asked her a question, she was short and dismissive. She also had a sour look on her face every time I saw her even at the front desk. She did not appear friendly at all. I ordered room service on the first night, French fries and a two rum punch. The charge was $33 America dollars. The French fries were fresh. I could tell they had been sitting out and were just preheated and the rum punch was nasty. The pool is located beside the dinning room so if you use the pool, the people in the dinning room can see you. I also believed I was deprived of my two free beverages that I was supposed to receive as a Expedia member. I was told the welcome drink was the free beverage. This hotel is NOT worth the price that it charges. This hotel would easily be considered a 3-star in America.
