With just a few steps to the private beach access walkway, you will be able to take long walks along the beach, bask in the sun and walk to some favorite local restaurants.

All the luxuries of home are waiting for you in this condo: A fully equipped kitchen, secure Wi-Fi, smart tv in the living area, televisions in each bedroom, and a laundry room for light packing!

Your condo comfortably sleeps 6! Enjoy the new furniture in both the master and guest bedrooms. The master suite has a comfy king-sized bed with a walk-in shower in the master bath. Plus, you will be able to enjoy ocean views and breeze from the window. The guest bedroom has two adorable new twin bedroom sets. For the extra guests who tag along, there is a queen-sized sofa bed.

When you are not relaxing at the beach on people watching on your ocean-front patio, there's lots to do on the resort. There are 2 swimming pools (1 is heated in the winter!), 4 newly re-surfaced tennis courts, 1 pickleball court, a new bocce ball court area, and shuffleboard.

If you do decide to venture out, explore the romantic charm of Old Town St Augustine, which is a short 15 minute driveaway. Old Town boasts not only fabulous restaurants but many family-oriented activities as well. Be sure to check out Flagler College with its Tiffany glass windows, many ghost and food tours, harbor cruises and strolling down pedestrian St George St. Don't forget to check out the music scene. There is always something happening at the Amphitheatre, a short 7- minute drive away!

This was a great quiet place to stay!
It was so nice and quiet here. The people we met were very friendly. We enjoyed the resort. The unit could use some updates, but it had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Spring Break Retreat
We had a great time at this condo. The front gate attendee (Chuck) was super helpful and friendly. It was very easy to get checked in after hours. When we got to the condo, it was very clean and well maintained. We had noticed that a couple of the blinds were missing slats, so we were sure to let the front office know ( as per instructions) and they had someone up the next day to fix them. The view was great and it was very easy to get to the beach. The only drawback we had was the beds. The mattresses were not very comfortable, especially the one on the pull out couch. Some new mattresses would really make this condo just about perfect. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.
