Pleasant surprise in St. Augustine Beach
The home was in a great location with easy access to the beach, state park, and restaurants. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was clean and had a lot of great amenities like a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Driveway was flooded on arrival with minimal rain. Dead bugs found on floor during entry. Instructions to load the dishwasher before you leave and there is not even a dishwasher in this unit. Very small. We had to leave for MANDATORY EVACUATION for Hurricane Milton and host will not refund or offer an alternate date for 4 unused nights.

Loved the property! Everything was clean on arrival and entry instructions were easily understood. The location was wonderful and walking distance to many restaurants! The only complaints I have were the beach access being closed that was closest to the house and no TVs in the bedrooms. Both things weren’t big deals though. Will deff be back for another trip to St. Augustine!

We really enjoyed our time at the beach cottage. It was conveniently located to many restaurants which were easy to walk to in the evening. As well as the beach and other shops. If you want to be able to park your car and get around definitely a great place to start.

Cute Beach Cottage!
Clean little cottage in the perfect location. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc, and a quick drive over to St Augustine. Fenced yard was perfect for our pups and the neighbors were lovely. We would definitely rent again.

This little cottage was clean and comfortable. This home could use some new living room furniture. Great location to dinning and the ocean. I had a couple of correspondences with the owner and Marty was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Returning to visit friends a year after relocating north, Laughing Gull cottage was the perfect home away from home. The living room was roomy enough to host 2-3 visitors. The primary bedroom was very comfortable. The location near the beach and restaurants turned out to be extremely convenient. We are grateful to have discovered this cute cottage.

Small house in good location
House is extremely small so be wary not to have more than two people here. Kitchen is incredibly cramped and bathroom doesn’t have space to store toiletries. Fenced in back yard was nice for taking dogs out but not much more. There’s a picnic table which is nice if you want to eat or drink outside of the tiny house. Small restaurant very close to house which is convenient- they have good fish and reasonably priced draft beer. Getting to the beach Public access point from the house is very easy. However you can only walk up the beach in one direction (north) due to the embassy hotel and pier blocking the other way.
