Room was spacious. Air conditioning was sub par, but the beds were comfy and the room was quiet. Checkin was smooth, checkout was a breeze. Hotel was conveniently located. Overall a pleasant stay, but the hotel was showing some signs of wear and tear.

Wouldn’t stay again…
From the moment we checked in I knew this stay was not gonna be what I expected. The hotel did not look at all how it is advertised on hotels.com. Room Smelled weird, pillows and bed was uncomfortable, felt small. Dirty towels. Dirty floors a lot of dust and dirt in the corners of the room and under the bed. Water pressure horrible. Breakfast was not good even if it’s just $16 would rather waste that money somewhere else. The outside area dirty. Just not a good stay at all. I would not recommend and definitely would not stay again.

Booked this hotel for an anniversary weekend through Hotels.com. Specially paid extra for a king bed. We traveled from West Palm Beach on Thanksgiving night so we arrived around 11pm. Checkin was not the best, staff at the front was not friendly and very soft spoken, barley hear or understand what she was saying. No small talk, very matter of fact, checkin here is your key. The carpet of the hallways were stained and looked very dirty. Got to the room and it was 2 queen beds. Went back down to the reception and told her we paid for a king bed. Repsonse was 'you booked through a 3rd party and that is what came over', she printed a paper that shows I guess what they received from Hotels.com with the 2 queen beds, and said they were completely booked and if we wanted a refund to contact the 3rd party. That was it! The main purpose of the trip was to see St. Augustine so we stayed 3 nights. The beds were terrible, felt the spings. The bathroom drain would not drain while taking showers. Would not recommend this hotel.

Danielle took forever to check us in, when we walked to the room it clearly belonged to someone else and was dirty! Then they gave us another room after 40 minutes. We went out to get food and came back in 30 minutes to our room key not working. This lady sold our room to someone else with our stuff in it!!! And these people had a dog. They gave us a third room where the ac was barely working. This was a horrible experience especially with kids experiencing this. We got our room at 12:30am. Stay away.

Great location
The hotel staff was great! I think it’s being renovated as there was odd mixture of furniture in the room. No couch. There was a desk and a random coffee table in middle of the room. Otherwise very clean and comfortable stay.
