The front desk clerk was polite and helpful. The first room I stayed in was infested with roaches. I was moved to another room. It also had roaches but not infested. I was not able to unpack and be totally comfortable within my stay.

Coffee maker dripped all the hot water into tray, none into cup. Carpet torn. Big depression in floor. Plastic over mattress very noisy. Other guests, esp on 3rd fl., very noisy. Staff were vrry friendly, helpful. Breakfast was good.

We weren’t able to stay. We drove 4 hours. We arrived at 9:30 pm. To be told at arrival that we didn’t have a room who ever booked us over booked people. So we had to drive another 45 minutes to find another hotel in st. Augustine. The staff didn’t even try to call at any point in the day to let me know of the situation. I won’t be booking with this hotel again

Hurricane Experience
The 2 men who registered us were just great. Very friendly and did their best to get us into a comfortable room. We had to change rooms on the second day and the lady at the front registration desk was overwhelmed and was quite abrupt with me because we had been given the wrong room the day before. It was a trying time because of the hurricane and everyone was stressed but overall the staff were excellent. The third floor room bathroom we ended up with does need updating as the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The room was clean and they were very accomodating to our pets. Overall a good experience given the terrible circumstances. The breakfast was good and the lady who worked there was very nice.

Nice hotel-served it’s purpose-hurricane shelter
It served its purpose to be safe during a storm. The check-in process took a while because the hotel’s WiFi and check in system was down. But I was able to check in after about 40 minutes wait. The room was good. It had everything we needed.

First shower had tepid water and the bathroom had tiny little bugs on the sink and in the shower. The shower door leaked on the floor. Carpet needed cleaned throughout the place. No wifi for most of one day.

This was a horrible, dirty property!!!! The room two doors down played loud music off and on throughout the night. The carpet was stained,the room and the AC unit smelled old and moldy. The shower wasn't clean either. Fortunately we travel with a can of Lysol. But even after spraying everything, it was still a horrible experience. When reported to the front desk, the young lady was nice, but they had no other vacancies and we checked in later than anticipated. The desk clerk advised that she did not have authority to issue me a refund. I had a 2 night reservation. Obviously the next morning my wife,grandson, and I checked out. To date I still have not been able to get a refund for the unused 2nd night from the property or expedia. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY ELSEWHERE.

this property in my opinion was the worst I have ever been in. there is rust on as the lamps, refrigerators, the bathroom nasty, the toilet was dirty, the rooms were musty smelling. This hotel is NOT kept up at tall. This motel needs to be shut down. It's sad they feel okay taking people's money to stay there. I cancelled reservation and left. If you stay there, check the room before unloading all your things.
