It was just ok. Hard to park & check in process was long due to hotel staffer talking about his health issues- just check me in. So I was late to my concert!
Truly, because he took about 25 min checking me in & didn’t know how to use the key card computer system.
Very loud guests above our room - partying until 1:30am!
This property was very nice everything was clean and it was not too loud. It will be good for anyone coming to visit in SJU or SBC

I didn't stay at this hotel. I didn't receive emails for my reservation, so I had to make reservations at another hotel. I wish I could request a refund, but I know that doesn't usually happen. Trust me, I would have rather stayed at your hotel.
The hotel was great in every way but one, unfortunately the one bad thing was the mattress. Usually hotel mattresses are great. These were awful. The pool and hot tub were so nice and clean and everything else was as well. If they were to tell me they got better mattresses I’d go back next year for the convention but as it is we will probably find another place.
